Order upload Bug #187

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add 3 files
2. Select the 3º file again (show an error, duplicate)
3. Select other file 

When upload, the last file is the first.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is the sequential selected files (1,2,3,4), but is in this 
sequence ( 4,1,2,3).

What version of the plugin/jQuery are you using?
PLUGIN VERSION: 1.48
JQUERY VERSION: 1.10
