This seems to be the only thing stopping ElementHelper's base functionality working on 2.3.x.

There still seems to be a problem where ElementHelper doesn't remove created elements when you delete the source file.

I'm having a look into it, but haven't made much head-way yet

There's an issue where only 1 element per type is added per page load?

Thanks @JayCarney ! That's not an issue I've seen before is it related to the changes you made (doesn't look like it would be) or is it separate?

I'm about half way through refactoring/rewriting ElementHelper and will hopefully have time to finish it soon. :)
