What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Add a page where a users could track a list of words, including his/hers
own nick, like #qaiku Radar feature, the extint tracku from Rick, or
#identispy XMPP bot at #identica

just to make this a bit clear
this is not a copy of other SNs features. *we* were the 1st to have it, via
@rick's
XMPP bot. #qaiku's only does it for @nicks. #identispy is not linked to any user
account, and is XMPP only. so what I'm requesting here, is the best of all of
this!

sounds like a fun feature to add :) It will require a couple additions to the
notifications process to generate the lists of entries, and it probably needs
some
rules for how many things you're allowed to track at once

Andy on a 1st base I would go with just tracking the username. that is a very
much
missed feature, the Ping.

After it looks good, a user could have a list of words to track

http://www.microblog.org/wiki/IdentiSpy/ is a nice description of the kind of
functionality we would need

Would it not be possible to add Jaiku to the list of services that IdentiSpy
supports, especially now that AppEngine has working XMPP?

This would at least be a reasonable first step, as i see it.
