updating romeo.urdf after regenerating it from updated xacro files #16

Let's update this file, otherwise people cannot use Romeo in Gazebo

Yeah given that xacro files have been updated the urdf should be too. +1 It shouldn't prevent users from using it given that all launchfiles rely on xacro expansion and not the plain URDF. Any update since April on generating those URDFs to finally test the generator ?
