Remove leading slash #45

Remove leading slash of joint_states topic to enable use of namespace.

The goal with using /joint_states is specifically to get the joints published to a robot's main {{joint_states}} topic so it can be picked up by the joint state publisher and robot state publisher nodes.

What use-case do you have where the use of a namespace is essential?
