Update maintainers? #8

I believe that @chadrockey hasn't had much time for maintenance lately. @tfoote, I would be interested in maintaining this since Clearpath offers this IMU.

@tonybaltovski since @chadrockey is busy. I've given you permissions to this repo and the associated gbp so you can take over maintaining it.
