New nanet compatible #11

This is compatible with most recent Tracker software.

What Version of NatNet does this support? Is it 2.7?

The branch Motive17 uses these changes and supports NatNet 2.7.

I tested Motive17 branch on my setup, and everything seems to be running smoothly. I also merged Master with Motive17 on my own fork. https://github.com/jwag/mocap_optitrack/tree/Motive17 The posestamped messages are now coming through too.
