Now that https://github.com/ros-drivers/odva_ethernetip/pull/8 is merged, this PR is also ready to be merged. Can sombody retry Travis?

The other repo will probably need to get a tagged release into the ros-shadow-fixed repo, as well.

With the odva_ethernetip repo now released, this one passes CI and can be merged. Thanks for your patience.
