genmessges_cpp required for openni2_driver #45

this solves kinetic broken

It would appear to me that the correct fix is already included here: https://github.com/ros-drivers/openni2_camera/commit/aad78b79c09f9045d37c668e436d95c11a1d6eed -- and that kinetic is building fine.
