Remove pal_vision_msgs usage #54

Gesture.msg has been copied from deprecated pal_vision_msgs to active pal_detection_msgs

@jordi-pages So was this PR just a mis-shot? I quickly browsed through the repo and found no Pal reference.

(Btw if any enhancement you guys are making you're welcomed to open PRs anytime as usual. Benefit is you'll be freed / semi-freed from maintenance. Community will take care of :) ).
