Usage of openni2_launch isn't really documented anywhere AFAICT. While launch files are usually less confusing, there are many launch files in this package but only one file, openni2.launch is really the entry point for the end users, which is not obvious (.launch.xml practice is nicely enforced though). Also it has many arguments without documentation.

ROS buildfarm CI fails but can be ignored same as https://github.com/ros-drivers/openni2_camera/pull/55 (that need improved but not here).
