Consolidate udev rules #131

Per discovery as part of #111, we don't need to include the package's name to get dh_installudev to do its thing, so I'm eliminating it, meaning the rules will now be installed again on Jade, Kinetic, and Lunar.

To clarify how this was tested: I tagged a new release on my fork, and then did a bloom-local-deb of it, and validated the contents of the resulting deb package.
