How do I enable time syncing for the pointgrey_camera_driver with a Blackfly camera? #164

I set up my two Blackfly cameras according to the following instructions using the correct GPIO cables: https://www.ptgrey.com/tan/11052. What steps do I need to follow to enable time syncing using the pointgrey_camera_driver.
