Fixes table rendering in README due to literal pipe chars #49

Documenting the default value for os1_proc_mask in the README had literal pipe chars in it. This caused the GH markdown rendering to break. This is a doc only change. Checking the rendering on my fork with this change seems to fix it.

LGTM - I have a passive suggestion for formatting but not a problem if you have strong feelings to the contrary
