adding examples and removing src code to a different repository #527

This makes it much easier for people to use rosserial with PROS, and adds several helpful examples for people starting to use it.

I'd love to hear feedback about it if it needs changes.

I'd also like this contribution to be part of my hacktoberfest PRs. So if possible, a maintainer needs to add a hacktoberfest-accepted label to the PR. See more info here.
