Thanks @gavanderhoorn. I haven't discussed with Shaun about where to put the Documentation. I can clean up the documentation folder and then just update the code changes in another pull request. I will correct this right away and make new pull request with just the code.
I'm just wondering: do we really want to checkin the doxygen html into the repository? Users can create that easily on their own machines, and if this package is ever released / put on the ROS wiki, the ROS doc server(s) will build it for us.
I generally try to avoid putting derived / generated artefacts on a VCS.
