Upgrade to Eigen3 per ROS Kinetic requirements #178

I'm running Descartes on Jade (migration) now and this suppresses deprecation warnings for the old Eigen. Not sure if we want to create a jade or kinetic branch instead. I'm pretty sure this is backwards compatible to indigo, but I think someone should test it
