In trying to set up the latest advanced training for ROS-I I found there were some build issues related to Humble. I fixed these issues, but that is a slightly different workspace which I can't directly pull in the changes from for now. I expect to more easily resolve this once we have our new CI building off of tesseract_ros2 docker images which should be coming soon with #22
