Fixed the release track configuration for Kinetic #175

Seems the last release (1.3.0) wasn't correctly configured executed leading to the kinetic release track being misconfigured.

I've rectified the configuration in https://github.com/ros-industrial-release/abb-release/commit/2ef1714371713940fd419bd1f1c7c6b8450559df.
