Add irb1200 support #95

This adds support for the ABB IRB 1200 7/0.7 arm. The packaged was pulled from the IRB 2400 package and modified to fit the IRB 1200. It has been tested in RobotStudio and works correctly.

First of all: thanks for contributing back! That is always much appreciated.

As to this PR: could I ask you to please open it against abb_experimental? That is where we store all new additions, and then let them 'soak' a little.
