:fire: Removed transient docs/_build folder #25

What Is This For?

This pull request is just to remove docs/_build which has been identified to be transient in nature and therefore not required to be part of the official public build.

By removing this folder, there will be the following benefits:

  1. Keep file changes recorded in subsequent pull requests for concise and allow easier fault-finding using pull requests history.
  2. Reduce time taken to download public EPD build via git clone.
