0.3.2 - Patch #58

Purpose of Pull Request

This pull request intends to resolve the long-standing #47 which is still facing difficulties resolving even after today's testing with EPD v0.3.1.

~This patch will be focused on stabilizing Localization Use Case features.~

However, more details will only be provided at a later date. Currently, Definition of Done for keyword "stabilizing" is unclear.

Updated as of 5th September 2022: This patch has been revised to simply focus on a fix on #47.

Localization feature-stabilization will be pursued in EPD v0.3.3 instead. Rationale being it would help better focus the development work on a specific feature one-step at a time to reduce developer's confusion in the long-term.

Verified that dockerized workflow for P2 and P3 training is repeatable using fresh installs of Nvidia GPU-equipped Ubuntu 20.04.
