pkg version nrs seem to have diverged between release and devel branches #224

Not sure what happened, but fi industrial_msgs is 0.5.1 on kinetic-devel, while it is at 0.7.0 on kinetic (it was already at 0.6.0 on that branch before the recent release, so this is not something that was introduced then).
