Post training updates dependencies #380

Added .rosinstall files to all solution work spaces explicitly used in the ROS basics training. The advanced courses look to be self sufficient, let me know if they need attention.

PR Necromancy incoming:

I want to merge this, but these should really be updated to include commits (or preferably tags), not just branches. I know the UR repos in particular have given us trouble in past exercises, and getting exact versions would be beneficial. We should probably check these before merging.

Agreed. There are other people who have worked on this in the past 5 months. I doubt I'm the best person to manage this at the moment.
