No Planning Scene Loaded / No Planning Library Loaded #417

I have been following the ROS Industrial Training for Humble. When I try to do Motion Planning using RViz, I get an error stating 'No Planning Scene Loaded / No Planning Library Loaded' in the RViz window.

Looking forward for a solution. Thanks in advance
