Jenkins job doesn't initialise rosdep database #23

From a recent run of the hydro-devel job:

the rosdep view is empty: call 'sudo rosdep init' and 'rosdep update'

A quick grep also shows that none of the scripts call rosdep.

This might be necessary to add, since AFAIU the roslaunch checks also use this information.
