Support for RSI V4 #188

Added a folder name "KR_C4_RSI_4+" in that "ros_rsi.rsix" can communicate with the latest RSI version. Moreover, ros_rsi.rsix (For creating this file WorkVisual is used) file is a replacement of ros_rsi.rsi, ros_rsi.rsi.diagram, and ros_rsi.rsi.xml which is compatible with 3 or below (For creating this file RSIVisualCell is used).

Tested.
