Harmonise joint naming #37

At the moment all support packages (KR 16, KR 120 and IIWA) except the one for the KR 210 use joint_aN.

The convention has been that wherever possible (and not too inconvenient), we re-use the mfg's naming, so the joint names of the KR 210 will have to be changed.

As these are joints, this cannot be done in a bw-compatible way (or at least I don't know of a way). But this is an experimental repository, so that would seem to be acceptable.
