Minor (as most users would use the .xacro or _macro.xacro file), but the urdf shipped in motoman_sia10f_support (here) is significantly out of sync with the corresponding xacro macro in the same package (here).
Joint names don't match, links are missing, etc.
It should either be updated, or the urdf should be removed from the package.
Similar to #104: motoman_sia10f_support will be removed in ROS Kinetic (and replaced with motoman_sia_support), but this issue should still be fixed for Indigo.
