Mixed case directory names in fs100 package #12

As per subject: the Inform and MotoPlus directories are mixed case, all other directories are lowercase. The dx100 package has directories with the same names, but in all lowercase.

The fs100 and dx100 packages don't exist anymore (merged into / renamed to motoman_driver in 91072e8c8e680cb700f10d91b1ba01ba5875ff00).

The mixed case is to conform to the conventions for such files in the MotoPlus environment.
