Sync indigo-devel with kinetic-devel #25

I've tested the packages, and everything works on Indigo as well.

The MoveIt configs have parameters for OMPL planners that are not available on Indigo, but as long as those are not used, there are no problems.

Alternatively we could suggest Indigo users to use kinetic-devel, but then I suggest we remove the indigo-devel branch entirely.

@gavanderhoorn, thanks! Merging this. I've experimented with using a common branch for jade/kinetic releases. With fewer breaking changes being introduced, it is getting easier.
