I launch the demo.launch file from the motoman_csda10f_moveit_support package and everything seems to be working fine, robot dimensions, colors, planning and movement markers.
I tested it on Kinetic devel

@gavanderhoorn This was the initial pull up request that was made, unfortunately it failed the travis CI builder. A new pull request was made with the updated packages. Kindy ignore this PR request. Also I was new to git at that point and I made a new pull request instead of updating the existing one. Long story short, please ignore this PR. The PR that is still open on https://github.com/ros-industrial/motoman_experimental/pull/32 is the one that has to be checked. Sorry for the confusion.
