Added support package for Yaskawa MPX3500 paint robot

Please use a squash-merge again for merging this.

My fixup commit does not need to end up in the commit history.

@grneyedb has been using this on hardware for the last few months without issue, so I think it should be ready to merge after addressing my comment about the tool0 rotation.
