Compound mesh modifier #163

This PR adds a compound mesh modifier that allows multiple mesh modifiers to be combined in sequence

I think the CI failing is due to dependence on #159. I don't think I can restart CI though.

I think you're right. I should have merged #159 before the others because they all depended on it. I'll rebase this and trigger another CI build
