Create Configurable TPP Pipeline Widget #210

This PR adds a ConfigurableTPPPipelineWidget for use in downstream applications and includes the existing TPPPipelineWidget as well as the buttons for loading and saving configurations to YAML file. It also updates the TPP application to use this configurable TPP pipeline widget internally
