Indepent Control Finger Not working in Gazebo #153

Hi! I'm trying to control each finger independtly for a Robotiq 3f gripper articulated hand in gazebo. I set the rICF bit to 1, but still, the hand is moving according to the rPRA flag for all the fingers. Am I missing something else?
