Ft 300 #74

This adds the FT300, makes a prefix change fix, and moves forward the missing packages.

Any update on a cleaner PR adding the FTS300? We're having trouble using the dual_ur5_husky simulation because of loads of missing packages and old dependencies (e.g. the groovy naming of robotiq_s_model_vis)

@wxmerkt URDF model is on #138. The driver is fully functional at the moment, only the URDF model was missing.
