Default parameters only defined once and simplifications #623

Still all parameters can be changed in any upper level launch or xacro file. Simplifications by using outer-scope properties. Script for generating specific robot files from template, if desired, as robot_model can be passed to all generic robot files. transmission_hw_interface only has to contain parts of position, velocity or effort. gazebo reference macro added.
