Daily Forum Emails aren't being sent #188

I correctly receive mail related to questions I've answered or posted comments to, but for some reason I've never received the batch forum emails. My email settings are in the screenshot below: Screenshot from 2019-03-15 10-21-34

I did recently have the "Choose Email Tag Filter" setting set to "exclude ignored tags", and recently changed it to "only interesting tags".

Possibly Related to #2 or #122, but those are old enough that I don't think it's the exact issue.

After updating the "Entire fourm (tag filtered)" setting to "instantly", I've begun getting mail again. So it seems the issue is that Daily updates aren't getting sent.
