Issue with login

I cannot login to answers.ros.org. I think I am using right username and password but nothing happens.

Even if I made a mistake in any of these, there is no indication whatsoever. I tried recovery link. It sent an email and when I clicked on the link in the email, it said immediately the code expired. So as of writing this issue, I cannot login into the system.

This issue is still open and is blocking me from asking the questions. I tried today and same thing happened. Even when I enter recover account, I get the email with validation code but as soon as I click on the link or enter the validation code, it says the code is expired. So effectively there is no way to login for me. Please look into it on priority.

I am facing this issue as well using Firefox on Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04.

• I tried making a new account using google login and the email method.
• both resulting in getting an email with an activation token.
• After clicking the activation link it is not possible to log in.
• No errors given.
