source deb presence is not accurate #105

After merging #104 the status shows sourcedebs as green for dry packages. Which makes me suspicious of any of the sourcedebs accuracy.

Btw dry sourcedebs should probably be grayed out.

On double checking urg_c is reporting red sourcedeb, but it's successfully built, so the sourcedeb column is now inaccurate.

With the pull request merged the status page looks wrong:

the information shown in the source columns seems wrong, shadow-fixed and ros always red
there is a source column per distro+arch, there should be only one per distro
all source columns are at the end of the table, they should be before the bin columns of the respective distro
the code seems to contain old logic for lucid (https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/buildfarm/blob/master/buildfarm/status_page.py#L396)

The source columns are right now. The syncs seem to have stopped pushing the sourcedebs at some point. That's why I opened this ticket.

There is one sourcedeb per distro, but the only way to query them is to ask for the source deb for a specific arch. I'll look into deduplicating the checks.

I don't know anything about the sorting or suspect lucid logic. I didn't go into those methods.
