clear upload directory before uploading source debs #119

If old copies of sourcedebs are lying around cause md5sum mismatches. 

running command ['reprepro', '-v', '-b', '/var/www/repos/building', 'include', 'quantal', '/tmp/upload/ros-groovy-libfreenect_quantal/quantal/ros-groovy-libfreenect_0.1.2-3quantal_source.changes']
File "pool/main/r/ros-groovy-libfreenect/ros-groovy-libfreenect_0.1.2.orig.tar.gz" is already registered with different checksums!
