New dry upload for the binaries, with misc patches

build.sh.em is the new upload technique. Instead of doing it inside the python script it's done in bash, the same way as the rest of the system.

There's no need for the svn checkouts anymore. We don't use them.

single_deb.py Fixing cleanup logic. It would never cleanup the staging directories correctly.
