Fix status page #163

  1. Fix source column handling on the status page so that it isn't hardcoded to 'every third column'
  2. Remove a bunch of dead code for linking to build jobs. This is now handled by javascript
  3. Don't set build links for dry packages or obsolete packages.

Tried it locally - looks good - sourcedeb links for dry packages are gone as expected - else the page looks identical. +1
