E.g. I was unaware of: http://jenkins.ros.org/job/ros-jade-opencv3_binarydeb_utopic_i386/23/console (I will fix OpenCV3 in the following days ... tests were not disabled)

The "old" build farm is not maintained anymore. If you see the same behavior with the new build farm please create a new ticket in the ros_buildfarm repo.
