All tags are pushed during catkin_prepare_release #240

Some use tags locally or on other remotes.

Pushing all tags during catkin_prepare_release is undesired behaviour.

I would suggest pushing only the created tag.

This actually belongs on https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/catkin_pkg, I'll move it there.
