Use forked systemd-docker repository. #80

The upstream repository has been removed. While trying to build the software myself I encountered depressing issues with the Go module pipeline that I was unable to resolve:

go get: github.com/Sirupsen/logrus@none updating to
    github.com/Sirupsen/logrus@v1.8.1: parsing go.mod:
    module declares its path as: github.com/sirupsen/logrus
        but was required as: github.com/Sirupsen/logrus

So this is just a re-upload of the binary from the subdavis repository.
