I still see the old URLs (reported in https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm/issues/288).

Currently the prerelease website can be called with any url: e.g. http://prerelease.ros.org/foo/bar For all paths which are not the name of a ROS distro the page should redirect to the index. @jacquelinekay Can you please address that.
