Add style and placeholder image for Kinetic #24

adding style, a div column, and a placeholder image for Kinetic (until we upload/announce the logo). The prerelease command for kinetic should just work.

@wjwwood tested it on an OSX and Windows machine and it looks OK. I'm going to merge this so that we can make generating a prerelease command available for Kinetic.
