add xenial to list of prefered distros #35

Currently when configuring a prerelease for Kinetic the Ubuntu distros are in alphabetical order and therefore Wily is selected as a default. This should select a LTS by default instead.

@wjwwood Please review, merge, and deploy when you have a chance.

Deployed, but there is some caching being done by browsers on those js files. I had to refresh a few times to get the new one.
